Het is inderdaad zo dat de kans dat we het niet merken 94% groot is en dat de pakkans zodus gelijk is aan 6%. Er kon misschien nog bijgezegd worden dat wanneer de leverancier toch fraudeert, hij dit zeker binnen te perken houdt zodat het niet hard opvalt.

De producent zou dus nog meer vet kunnen toevoegen om hier een economisch voordeel uit te halen. Om dit probleem op te lossen moeten we de kritische waarde verschuiven en zo de kans op een type II fout vermijden.
