Met de star plot kan je overeenkomsten vinden tussen verschillende tijdreeksen. De getallen boven de plots vertegenwoordigen een bepaald merk van een auto. We stellen vast dat auto’s 9 en 10 en auto’s 16 en 17 veel dezelfde eigenschappen bezitten omdat de plots ver gelijkaardig uitzien.
