Je hebt de boxplots zijn fout gemaakt.

Onderstaande link laat een mogelijke oplossing zien.

Je ziet dat de meeste boxplots elkaar overlappen, over het algemeen zijn de vrouwen iets intrinsieker dan de mannen. Waar wel een verschil te constateren valt en dat niet te wijten is aan toeval is bij de amotivatie. Er is hier geen overlapping van de mediaan, uit de gegevens blijkt dat mannen iets minder gemotiveerd zijn dan vrouwen.
