Om de oplossing te bekomen, had de student de gegevens van het excel file moeten kopiëren naar de input data. Dan verschenen er andere categorieën op de x-as.

Het was de bedoeling om de data uit het excel document te gebruiken als data input. Dit is hier niet gebeurd, daarom staan er andere gegevens op de X-as.

Ik heb dezelfde fout (verkeerde data) gemaakt in mijn compendium maar nu weet ik hoe task 1 gemaakt moet worden.

Om de freqency plot voor alle operating systems te creëren moet je de data wijzigen. De data die in de oorspronkelijke opgave staat is namelijk de browserversion. Nadat je ‘reproduce’ klikt (voor MSIE, eerst ‘secure callback’) kan je de juiste data vanuit het Excel bestand kopiëren. Je kopieert kolom D. In deze kolom kan je de operating systems terugvinden. Daarna druk je ‘compute’. Je krijgt nu de nieuwe frequency plot te zien voor de operating systems.

De student had de gegevens moeten gebruiken van de operating systems (OS). Deze gegevens moesten dan worden gebruikt in de input data. De gegevens die men hier nu heeft gebruikt zijn van de browsers. Mijn medestudenten hebben de verbetering al gegeven.
