Example datasets for the SyncER package: synthetic radiocarbon-dated event records for five cores, and the corresponding completed rbacon/rplum age-depth model output (raw, synchronized, and synchronized-without-14C variants).
This package exists purely to hold data that SyncER’s vignette and test suite need, but that is far larger and more stable than SyncER’s code. Splitting it out keeps SyncER itself small and lets SyncER release updates independently of these (rarely changing) example datasets.
Most users will never need to install this package directly; it is
listed under Suggests by SyncER and is only used when
building the SyncER vignette or running its extended test suite.
bacon_out_files – raw Bacon/Plum .out
model output for all five example records, in three variants.out_data_ages / out_data_ages_synced –
posterior age samples per event horizon, extracted from the above.inst/extdata/record_data_input/ – the raw input CSVs
the above were derived from.See ?SyncERdata for details.
