'toxpiR' allows for more customization than the 'ToxPi GUI' (<https://toxpi.github.io/>) and integration into existing workflows for greater ease-of-use, reproducibility, and transparency. toxpiR package behaves nearly identically to the GUI; the package documentation includes notes about all differences.
