The package supports spatial structures under the Simultaneous Autoregressive (SAR) and Leroux Conditional Autoregressive (CAR) models, accommodating survey design effect (DEFF) adjustments. The 'rjags' package is employed to obtain parameter estimates via Gibbs Sampling.
