Inderdaad, we kunnen de volgende conclusies trekken:
• Vrouwen zijn meer intrinsiek gemotiveerd dan mannen op het vlak van kennisvergaring en de wil om iets te bereiken.
• Qua extrinsieke motivatie zien we geen verschil tussen de geslachten.
• Mannen zijn “ongemotiveerder” dan vrouwen. Vrouwen zijn dus meer gemotiveerd dan mannen.
