The histogram/QQ-plot has been unnecessarily trimmed and the trimming has been done in one direction (bottom scores) only. It is not statistically sound to simply omit values that don't obey what you want them to. It is possible, however, to have a good reason for omitting outliers in a non even-handed manner, for example, if there is good evidence to believe they are miss coded. However such evidence is lacking here.
