5% komt overeen met 61, 9013 seconden in de tabel. Meer dan 5% of meer dan 61 seconden is nodig om serieus de enquête in te vullen.
De kans dat studenten minder dan 2 min'en of 120 seconden nodig hebben om de enquête in te vullen komt overeen met 10% of 11%. 120 ligt net tussen 108 sec'en (dit is 10%) en 132 sec'en (dit is 11%).

Vraag 1:
Wanneer je klikt op reproduce zie je een tabel met 8 verschillende definities/manieren om percentielen te berekenen. Bij deze oplossingen houden me rekening met de 5de manier : Empirical Distribution Function – Interpolation.
In de eerste kolom zie je cijfers van 0,01 tot 0,99. De rij met 0,05 zijn de 5% snelste invullers. Deze personen hebben slechts 61,9 seconden of minder nodig. Als je weet dat 5% van de studenten geen serieuze poging doet naar het invullen van de surveys kan je deze resultaten (alles onder de 61,9seconden) weggooien. Hieruit kunnen we afleiden dat iedereen die 62seconden nodig had om een survey in te vullen een serieuze poging heeft ondernomen.

Vraag 2:
We zoeken 120 seconden in de kolom met de 5de manier. Dit ligt tussen 108 en 132 seconden. We kunnen afleiden dat ongeveer 10% van de studenten de survey invult onder de 2 minuten. Als je kijkt in een andere kolom kan je resultaat verschillen van 10%.

Bij de eerste vraag waarover het gaat dat er 5 % van de studenten niet genoeg aandacht besteden om een survey in te vullen, moet men kijken in de Empirical Distribution Function – Interpolation tabel. Men heeft hier dus meer dan 62 seconden nodig om een survey goed in te vullen.
Bij de tweede vraag, moet je in dezelfde kolom kijken. De waarde van 120 seconden ligt tussen de 108.1516 en 132.6472. De eerste waarde ligt gelijk aan 10. Dus 10 % van de studenten spendeert minder dan 2 minuten aan een onderzoek.
